Install, configure, operate, and maintain wireless systems and radio gear.
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on radio systems (HF to EHF).
Conduct signal planning, RF analysis, and site assessments for optimum placement and power.
Monitor wireless and radio performance to ensure reliability and readiness.
Troubleshoot RF interference, degradation, and connectivity issues.
Support installation and maintenance of antennas, cabling, and radio infrastructure.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, equipment records, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with engineering, network, and operations teams for training and mission needs.
Ensure compliance with DoD spectrum policies and technical standards.
Support modernization initiatives and recommend wireless/radio improvements.
