🎯 Requirements

- Experience with MAC/PHY layer protocols and algorithms for cellular base stations.
- Experience with 3GPP protocols.
- Master's or PhD in wireless systems (preferred).
- Experience debugging production wireless networks at scale.
- MATLAB proficiency; working knowledge of Python and C/C++.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
