Travel regularly to communities in four regional states to collect data.
Plan and facilitate Pause and Reflect sessions; define learning questions.
Synthesize results for adaptive management.
Ensure files and dashboards are organized; draft communications using monitoring data.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, public policy, economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Specialized training/certification in project monitoring.
Minimum 6 years of experience in M&E for donor-funded international projects.
Experience designing/implementing result-based monitoring plans and data tools.
Experience in GESI assessments and strategies.
Experience with cloud data management; SQL/PowerBI; KoboToolbox; English writing.
