Sales Development Representative at Wingspan

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to potential customers in assigned verticals
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and determine fit for Wingspan solutions
  • Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with Account Executives
  • Maintain and clean CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and track key metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targetted outreach
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualification quotas

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or related roles (internships included)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfort with outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
