Sales Development Representative at Wingspan

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to potential customers in assigned verticals
- Qualify inbound inquiries and determine fit for Wingspan solutions
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with Account Executives
- Maintain and clean CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and track key metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targetted outreach
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualification quotas
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or related roles (internships included)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfort with outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
