Operations Analyst, Payments

Job Overview

Wingspan is seeking an Operations Analyst, Payments to join our team in Warsaw. In this role you will help ensure accurate, timely processing of payments and contribute to process improvements across the payments lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment operations and help resolve issues with internal teams and external providers
• Monitor payment pipelines, reconcile settlements, and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and engineering teams to optimize payment processes
• Maintain documentation and assist with provider onboarding and vendor management
• Generate reports on payment metrics and performance and present findings to leadership

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in payments operations, fintech, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with payment gateways, settlement processes, and reconciliation
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools
• Ability to work in Warsaw and adapt to a fast-paced environment
