Senior Devops Engineer

任职要求

• 3–7 年以上 DevOps/SRE 经验，2 年以上生产级 K8s 经验（含升级、故障排查、调优）。

• 精通一种主流 CI/CD（GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins）实战。

• 熟悉 Helm/Kustomize、容器镜像优化（多阶段构建、SBOM、镜像签名）。

• 掌握 Linux/网络 基础、脚本（Bash）与一种后端语言（Go/Python 任一）。

• 有 区块链节点运维经验：主网/测试网部署、数据目录与快照、升级与回滚、监控与告警。

• 熟悉 Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager 与 EFK/ELK/Loki，了解 OTel。

• 安全意识强：Secrets 管理、CVE 治理、镜像与依赖扫描、最小权限原则（RBAC）。

• 沟通与协作能力强，善于编写 Runbook、Playbook、变更方案与复盘报告。

加分项

• 运营过高并发链上服务（钱包、支付、撮合、跨链桥、数据索引器等）。

• 熟悉以太坊客户端（Geth/Nethermind/Prysm/Lighthouse）、Solana/Move 生态或 Layer2（OP Stack、Arbitrum、zk 系）。

• 了解服务网格、零信任、eBPF、WAF/anti-DDoS、Sidecar/原生代理加速。

• 有 SRE 体系经验（Error Budget、容量与可靠性治理、混沌工程）。

• 有 FinTech/合规背景（审计轨迹、变更合规、数据主权、PCI DSS 认知）。
