Be a self-motivated system administrator providing enterprise desktop support for the Army.
Build and configure Windows-based systems for mission areas.
Proactively administer desktops using MCM, VMware Mirage, VMware Horizon, etc.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ensure desktop configuration compliance with DoD and Army regs.
Document technical troubleshooting efforts.

🎯 Requirements

Security+ CE certification prior to hire.
MD-102/AZ-900/A+ certification within 6 months.
HS+2 years in tech, with up to 1 year Windows desktop administration.
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Experience with physical and virtual (VMware) desktops.
Experience with zero client environment.
