🎯 Requirements
- Wisconsin licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience treating adults
- Experience with healthcare professionals, mental health workers, and/or first responders
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method
