📋 Description

• Lead design, training, evaluation, and deployment of large multimodal foundation models.
• Senior tech authority on foundation model architecture and training strategy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI organization.
• Partner with MLOps, data, and software teams to scale in production.
• Define long-term AI strategy aligning research, product, and goals.
• Establish standards for model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in modern AI/ML and real-world apps.
• 10+ years in AI/ML; 5+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on with large models using PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience building models from scratch; pipelines and training infra.
• Led foundation models or multimodal systems.
• Translate research into durable, user-facing products.
• Experience with high-dim, noisy data (time-series/multimodal).
• Strong judgment on robustness, evaluation, and safety.
• Partner with product, engineering, and infra teams.
• Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive domains.
• Exceptional communication to executives and diverse audiences.
• Leadership style that develops inclusive teams.
