📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to EPD on compensation philosophy & pay positioning
  • Design and evolve compensation programs to retain top technical talent
  • Lead EPD frameworks (IC track, engineering advancement, top-of-market levers)
  • Own semi-annual compensation cycles for EPD with Finance alignment
  • Define and uphold governance across EPD — ranges, leveling, equity guidelines
  • Partner with People Analytics to analyze hiring trends and pay equity gaps

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of compensation experience in scaling tech companies
  • Strong exposure to technical organizations
  • Deep understanding of engineering/job architecture
  • Analytical and modeling capability for scenario design
  • Excellent influencing and communication with tech leaders
  • Proven success shaping compensation strategy, not just cycles
