📋 Description

• Lead and grow a division of analytics data scientists and analysts
• Own domain analytics to drive insights and actionable recommendations for the business
• Create and share the analytics vision with leadership to drive strategy and operations
• Foster a culture of analytics experts to maximize customer experience and growth
• Coach, develop and scale a team to meet growing business demands
• Shape the analytics roadmap with data-driven decisions across core business functions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Analytics; 4+ years leading a team (min 5)
• Experience with marketplaces, ecommerce, mobile gaming, or social media
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Background in Business Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related fields
• Experience with data warehouses and big data tech (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, DBT)
• Expert SQL and scripting for data analysis, reporting, dashboards; strong visualization
