Hi, I’m Alexis 👋 — born and raised in Argentina 🇦🇷, now leading WeTravel’s brand-new Onboarding team! I joined in March 2023 as an Account Manager, and in October 2024, I jumped at the chance to create and lead this department.

Our mission? We aim to get new customers up and running with WeTravel quickly and seamlessly so they can focus on growing their business while we do the heavy lifting. How we work

Our Onboarding team supports new customers right when they need it most. We help our clients get started by embedding WeTravel Widgets into their websites and even creating the websites for them! We also provide personalized training to make sure every new customer feels completely confident using the WeTravel platform.

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply

You should apply if you:

• Are fluent in English (bonus points for other languages 🌍).

• Are organized, proactive, and love managing multiple projects at once.
  Are detail-oriented and comfortable in customer-facing roles.

• Have experience working with WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

• Are excited to work independently in a remote-first environment.

• Are passionate about educating customers and colleagues, performance improvement, and commercial success.

• Have hands-on experience with HTML embedding, injection, iframes, or working within the shadow DOM</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Know how to navigate <strong>developer modes in CMS platforms</strong> to customize integrations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are comfortable troubleshooting and debugging front-end behaviors when things don’t work as expected.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have <strong>experience with JavaScript frameworks</strong> (such as React, Vue, or Angular) when working on <strong>custom website integrations</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Feel comfortable working with <strong>FTP connections, control panel access, and file managers</strong> to update or troubleshoot client websites.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Bonus points if you:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are familiar with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, and Loom.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have a teaching background, or Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience designing and implementing best practices and processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience working with multiple CMS Platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, CSS.
