Right now, we’re looking for an Office/Operations Assistant to join us. If you’re into travel, fintech, and building real relationships, this could be an amazing fit. At WeTravel, we help multi-day and group tour operators streamline bookings and payments — so they can focus on creating unforgettable experiences.
How We Work
At WeTravel, our Sales team combines autonomy with strong collaboration. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.
We focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You won’t just sell — you’ll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.
We value proactive, solution-oriented individuals who aren’t afraid to take initiative, spot opportunities, and act on them (especially for a new market like Australia). Our team moves fast, supports one another, and celebrates wins together — big and small. You’ll spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.
The WeTravel APAC Office is growing at a fast rate, and we are looking for a motivated office assistant to join our team to assist the Sales Manager with managing equipment and general administrative tasks. Your day to day will be to assist the manager with running sales/activity reports, managing and purchasing equipment and supporting the team with some onboarding support; helping get new clients up and running using WeTravel.
You should apply if you:
Have experience in operations, project management, or a generalist role in a fast-paced environment
Have experience Onboarding clients on a SaaS Platform.
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Comfortable with spreadsheets, project management tools (e.g. Tableau, Hubspot, GSuite), and picking up new tools quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs before they become problems
Prior experience with onboarding/ training clients on new platforms.
You might not be the right fit if you
Prefer a highly structured environment with constant supervision.
Are uncomfortable with taking on new tasks as they appear.
Lack experience in a startup environment.
Are not self-driven and need lots of guidance.
