👋 Hey there! I’m Soumaya, based in Morocco and leading the MENA team at WeTravel. We’re hiring a proactive, curious, and driven Account Executive to take ownership of the Jordan market.

You’d be working with small-to-medium-sized, multi-day tour operators; helping them grow, get paid faster, and offer a more seamless booking experience through our product.

Fun fact: I actually started as an AE myself before stepping into the manager role; so I know how rewarding (and career-changing) this role can be when you go all in.

Since launching the MENA region in 2023, the momentum has been incredible and Jordan is one of our most exciting markets to grow right now. It’s the perfect time to join and leave your mark. Our goal matches our high standards: to become the world’s go-to operating system for booking and managing group trips.

I’m building a new team to unlock this potential. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to build from scratch. This role is part Account Executive, part Business Developer. You’ll have best practices to lean on, but you’ll also be expected to figure things out, connect the dots, and help us shape the market.

How We Work

At WeTravel, our Sales team runs lean, fast, and collaboratively. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing the deal—with a strong focus on volume-based activity.
What sets this role apart is the high degree of autonomy and accountability: you'll be expected to spend the majority of your time prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.

We embrace a consultative sales approach, using tools like HubSpot to manage pipelines and stay organized. If you’re someone who loves helping business owners and thrives in a high-energy, remote-friendly environment, this is the place for you.

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply

You should apply if you:

  • Are fluent in English and Arabic (and any other languages? Highlight them in your resume!).

  • Are comfortable with high-volume outbound sales, especially phone-based outreach.

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Are passionate about helping SME travel companies grow.

  • Have experience managing or contributing to full sales cycles.

  • Have inside sales experience via emails and calls.

  • Have worked in B2B tech sales, especially targeting SMBs.

  • Have knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.

  • Understand the travel industry in Jordan or have a relevant network.

You might not be the right fit if you:

  • Dislike making cold calls or engaging in proactive outreach.

  • Are unfamiliar with consultative selling or full-cycle sales processes.

  • Struggle with remote work autonomy or time management.

  • Prefer a highly structured or reactive sales environment.


On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself

  • Prospecting and calling multi-day tour operators based in Jordan and surrounding regions.

  • Running consultative demos tailored to the unique needs of travel businesses.

  • Managing your pipeline and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM.

  • Closing deals and supporting onboarding to ensure client success.

  • Meeting or exceeding weekly KPIs for outreach, demos, and new bookings.

  • Providing market feedback to the wider team to refine product and messaging.


Benefits

  • Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Fulltime Salary is $13,000 (USD) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = $30,000, Year 2 OTE = $42,000).

  • Fulltime - Fixed Term Contract (as International Contractor).
