Own end-to-end ops performance for the West Coast region, focusing on service and margins
Lead multi-site teams across terminals and locations
Own regional P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Oversee port and drayage ops, including carrier capacity and turn times
Build and manage carrier and vendor networks with rate negotiations
Serve as senior escalation point for customer, carrier, and ops issues

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of operations leadership experience in logistics, trucking, drayage, or intermodal transportation
Proven success managing multi-site operations and regional P&L
Strong understanding of West Coast port operations; LA/Long Beach preferred
Experience leading large, distributed teams and operating in fast-paced environments
Strong financial acumen and comfort making data-driven decisions
