WEM Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Align with Sales and key partners on joint opportunities and GTM.
• Support special bid pricing and negotiations with partners.
• Enable Five9 sales and partner teams with cross-training.
• Support reseller contracts, amendments, and SKU creation.
• Collaborate with product/marketing for assets and customer materials.
• Track pipeline and bookings toward quarterly/annual targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in CCaaS and/or AI with domain knowledge.
• Strong Sales, Marketing or BD experience engaging with partners.
• Experience with SaaS and reseller contracts; strong negotiation.
• Willingness to travel ~30% for events and meetings.
• Excellent presentation and communication, virtual and in-person.
• Proficiency with SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint and related tools.
