🎯 Requirements

- Bilingual Spanish (read/write/speak).
- 4-6+ years in healthcare, esp. case management and coordination.
- Knowledge of healthcare navigation; empathetic, clear communication.
- Experience developing and facilitating care plans.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and innovate in care plans.
- Adaptable and able to manage up to 40 care projects.
- Mexico experience; high-touch customer journeys; MacOS/Zoom/GSuite/Slack/1Password.
