- Employment & HR legal support; partner with HR on lifecycle matters

- Risk management & compliance; monitor regulatory developments
- Stakeholder engagement; advise leadership and translate legal concepts
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years' PQE in top-tier firm and/or multinational tech
- Experience leading complex cross-border corporate and commercial projects (Europe/UK/US)
- Proven track record supporting international technology companies
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation; ability to structure and close diverse agreements
- Strong leadership and project management; drive initiatives with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English at C1; other languages are a plus
