🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE in top law firm or multinational tech company.
- Experience leading cross-border corporate & commercial projects (EU/UK/US).
- Proven track record supporting international tech companies in diverse regulatory regimes.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for a wide range of agreements.
- Strong leadership and project management with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English at C1; other languages are a plus.
