What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Growth Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive Welltech’s revenue growth. You’ll combine performance marketing expertise, creative strategy, and funnel optimization to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth — directly impacting our business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product growth, and analytics to drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that expand current product positioning, launch new audience segments, and improve conversion efficiency across app and web funnels.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and MarTech teams to identify high-impact opportunities, test new hypotheses, and scale successful growth tactics globally.

  • Bring a performance marketing mindset — analyze data, manage trade-offs, and turn insights into scalable marketing strategies.

    In your first three months you will:

  • Build a deep understanding of our products, audiences, and growth levers.

  • Take full ownership of one of the core growth streams — from strategy to execution — hitting ROI and revenue targets.

  • Strengthen collaboration between performance, creative, and product functions to accelerate experimentation and speed of learning.

The ideal profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in creative strategy and funnel optimization (app or web).

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-informed marketing and cross-functional leadership.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business impact.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English (B2+).

  • Adaptability, ownership, and a bias toward action in fast-changing environments.
