• Database skills: PostgreSQL design, queries, and data architecture.
• Cloud and cloud-native deployment: AWS or major provider; Kubernetes across envs.
• API and communication fluency: REST, gRPC, messaging, and async patterns.
• CI/CD and DevOps mindset: pipelines, automation, and quality gates.
• English proficiency: high-level written and spoken English.
