• Define and implement Welltech training and wellness programmes globally.
• Content Inspiration & Oversight: Align workouts with product strategies and user expectations.
• Digital Collaboration: Partner with Product to guide digital content development and campaigns.
• Campaigns and Experts: Initiate campaigns and engage experts to co-create value.

• Deep expertise in wellness, fitness, and behaviour change with real-world application.
• Strategic leadership: vision, roadmaps, cross-functional influence.
• Strong science communication: translate science into clear guidance for consumers.
• Experience building and leading expert teams; recruiting and coaching.
• Fluent with digital products and content workflows; use data to brief and iterate.
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management across Product, Content, Marketing, Legal.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and organization; tone and brand voice.
• Certifications in sports science, coaching, wellness, or nutrition; advanced degrees a plus.
