π― Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field; experience may substitute
- Certifications in wellness coaching, mental health first aid, benefits, or HR a plus
- Knowledge of health, wellness, and benefits administration
- Ability to manage programs and analyze data
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
