Design and implement precision tooling to reduce errors and cycle time.
Automate novel processes to ensure repeatability on high-rate lines.
Collaborate with design teams to improve flight design via manufacturing.
Develop and automate in-situ inspection to increase yield and reduce cycle time.
Manage transition of parts from development to production.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree in aerospace, manufacturing, materials, or mechanical engineering.
1+ years manufacturing and process design experience (internship acceptable).
Master's degree in engineering (preferred).
Experience with weld processes and weld inspection techniques.
Experience with SQL or data management to inform priorities.
