Design and optimize weld paths and parameters for regenerative cooling geometries.
Implement weld process control with real-time monitoring of arc, temperature, and seam tracking.
Build data pipelines capturing telemetry for SPC, predictive analytics, and ML.
Drive continuous improvement via Python scripting, PLC logic, and process modeling.
Collaborate with propulsion design, materials, and production to scale robust processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
1+ years welding experience with complex metallic components.
Preferred: Python programming and robotics/automation experience.
