Weld with FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, GTAW on carbon, stainless steel, aluminum
Cut, trim, fit and fabricate weldments to dimensions
Collaborate with lead welder to ensure proper weld procedure, material, and rod size
Review engineering drawings and specs to plan welding operations when procedures are unavailable
Make a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes
Perform other related duties to ensure an efficient work environment

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years welding in a fabrication environment with FCAW or GTAW (SCH 10 pipe)
10+ years GTAW welding on SCH 10 stainless or carbon steel pipe
10+ years FCAW welding on stainless or carbon steel
Qualifications per AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.6, D17.1 or ASME IX
Proficient in tube/pipe cutting, grinding and fabrication
