- Operate robots and welding equipment (spot, laser, seam) and press brakes
- Perform routine maintenance on tooling and equipment

- Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
- Blend, file, and fit-up sheet metal parts
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1+ years in hardware assembly, maintenance, or related field; OR trade certificate in A&P/manufacturing/electronics
- 1+ years TIG welding in manufacturing or certificate within last 2 years
- Experience with aerospace TIG welding
- AWS D17.1 and D1.2 certification
- This position is based in Westminster, MD and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
