📋 Description

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Weld various materials using approved welding procedures.
• Self-inspect quality to meet IMI and customer expectations.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement.
• Detail oriented with strong welding skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
