- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to plan GTAW welding for Terran-R
- Develop weld parameters and schedules; bring new equipment online
- Complete GTAW weld ops on development and flight hardware, incl. repairs
- Perform dimensional and visual weld inspections
- Precision blending with hand tools to prep surfaces for welding and NDE
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, defects, or inefficiencies
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years welding or fabrication experience
- 4+ years GTAW welding experience (Aluminum, Stainless or Inconel)
- Strong fabrication and metalworking skills (cutting, grinding, machining)
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated heights (training provided)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs (reasonable accommodations)
