Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads
Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals with MOE Director
Provide education regarding WelbeHealth’s services to community referral sources
Represent WelbeHealth at events and with local organizations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
Min 1 year sales/marketing experience; healthcare or senior care preferred
Technology experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.
