📋 Description

  • Display empathy; build relationships with participants, caregivers, and outreach partners.
  • Support inbound campaigns, answer questions, and educate about PACE benefits.
  • Make outbound calls to interested participants (not cold).
  • Effectively manage leads requiring follow-up.
  • Maintain high-quality service on all calls.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred; or 2 yrs relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 1+ year tele sales or Medicare/PACE sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred.
  • Medi-Cal knowledge preferred.
