- Collaborate with the QOD on Quality Improvement initiatives and priorities
- Serve as primary resource for QO Coordinators to apply quality policies and procedures
- Coordinate messaging for the QO team and maintain inboxes and communication platforms
- Collect, analyze, and report regulatory QO data per QI plan and HPMS
- Assist with auditing and timely completion of regulatory requirements
- Gather universe data elements for PACE audits and respond to data requests
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; 5 years may substitute
- 2+ years of QI experience in a healthcare setting
- Healthcare compliance experience, PACE knowledge desired
- Data management and analysis using productivity tools
- MS Office, Smartsheet, and Health Information Management experience
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to act in emergencies
