📋 Description

  • Collaborate with the QOD on Quality Improvement initiatives and priorities
  • Serve as primary resource for QO Coordinators to apply quality policies and procedures
  • Coordinate messaging for the QO team and maintain inboxes and communication platforms
  • Collect, analyze, and report regulatory QO data per QI plan and HPMS
  • Assist with auditing and timely completion of regulatory requirements
  • Gather universe data elements for PACE audits and respond to data requests

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; 5 years may substitute
  • 2+ years of QI experience in a healthcare setting
  • Healthcare compliance experience, PACE knowledge desired
  • Data management and analysis using productivity tools
  • MS Office, Smartsheet, and Health Information Management experience
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to act in emergencies
