Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs to WelbeHealth participants, including escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and lifting when transferring participants
Measure and document participants vital signs as instructed
Act as a medical escort when needed, assisting participants with boarding and exiting WelbeHealth transportation vehicles
Oversee activity on the day center floor to assure participant safety
Assist with meal service, ensuring participants receive the correct meals and assist with feeding when needed
Maintain personal care supplies such as incontinence supplies and grooming items
