📋 Description

  • Coordinate meetings and scheduling needs for participants and internal staff
  • Collaborate with teammates to support projects and tasks
  • Act as liaison for internal/external stakeholders
  • Attend, facilitate meetings; take minutes; document actions

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • On-site: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
