- Coordinate and provide restorative occupational therapy services
- Work with PACE Physician, rehab staff, and IDT to maximize independence
- Conduct assessments to define needs, goals, and preferences
- Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans

- Provide active and passive exercise, gait, and ADL training
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; master's preferred
- Two (2) years in a clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or license eligibility
- Current CPR certification preferred
