🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in broker support, sales ops, healthcare, or related field
- Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
