🎯 Requirements

- Minimum 2 years in home care with frail/elderly population.
- Nursing knowledge and experience to treat frail elderly participants.
- 2 years supervisory experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication with seniors and teams.
