Provide personal care for participants, including ADLs (toileting, bathing, dressing)
Assist with escorting, transfers, and lifting as needed
Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
Act as medical escort to WelbeHealth transportation vehicles
Oversee day center floor to ensure participant safety
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
HHA certification or California CNA preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience providing personal care to seniors
CA Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire
