🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in a management role leading a team.
• Property management or strong management in service, sales, or hospitality.
• Prior management experience required.
• Gracious, warm, and genuine nature.
• Articulate communication and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and grow within the company.
