Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Porter / Groundskeeper to join our family. If you don't know who Weinstein Properties is, check us out! Well established and reputable company who owns and manages their apartment homes.
Location: The Union Apartments- Nashville, TN
Responsibilities include:
- cleaning common areas, clubhouse amenities
- Daily Grounds Pick up
- Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash, sweep parking areas
- Clean Swimming Pool
- Preventative Maintenance
- assist maintenance with other tasks as needed
At least 2 years of cleaning experience, grounds, residential maintenance a plus!
