Maintenance Supervisor in Training - Kings Crossing

📋 Description

• On-site training with a supervisor and a full maintenance team; may transfer to other communities.
• Kings Crossing location; on-site role in Richmond, VA.
• Coordinate service team to maintain grounds/buildings and complete repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances.
• Schedule and supervise all in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties.
• Hands-on role focused on quality maintenance practices and customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance incl. electrical, plumbing, carpentry; willing to share on-call.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills: manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, email.
• Valid driver's license; DMV check; transportation and tools required.
