Maintenance Supervisor in Training - Bexley Village at Concord Mills

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep, inventory, and repairs.
• Work on-site with a full maintenance team and potential transfer to other Charlotte communities for a supervisor role.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Schedule and directly supervise in-house and/or vendor work; share on-call with team members.
• Maintain high occupancy and rents through professional maintenance practices and customer service.
• Location: Bexley Village at Concord Mills, Concord, NC (metro Charlotte area).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years trade-related experience, with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, and communicate via email.
• DMV record and background/criminal check will be conducted; valid driver’s license and tools required.

🎁 Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $3,000.
• Pay: starting at $26 per hour, depending on experience.
• On-call bonus: $150 per week plus $150 per holiday on call.
• Quarterly bonus: up to $1,110 based on performance.
