🎯 Requirements
- CFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal
- 3-5 years of residential HVAC repair, installation and maintenance
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Able to lift at least 75 lbs and work in varied temperatures
