Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, balance, safety).
Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings/topical agents.
Develop care plans with manual therapy, gait training, balance.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote safety and independence.
Document care using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current CO PT license.
Minimum of 1 year PT experience.
Graduate from an APTA/AMA-approved PT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
