🎯 Requirements

Current New Jersey LPN license
Pediatric nursing experience or interest in pediatric home health
Comfort with pediatric trach and ventilator care; willingness to train
Strong documentation skills; experience with electronic charting (AlayaCare a plus)
Ability to work weekend shifts and flexible scheduling
