Making home visits to clients in designated areas after hours and on weekends.
Administering medications, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Following up with doctors' orders and properly documenting them.
Performing client assessments as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

Colorado RN license in good standing.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
Home Health and OASIS documentation experience required.
