- Follow a designated care plan according to patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures
- Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
🎯 Requirements
- MA RN license active
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- One year of recent clinical RN experience required
- Previous Home Health experience preferred
