Weekend RN home visits in Dedham, Newton, Needham, Cambridge, and Boston.
Provide care for adult and geriatric clients at home per established care plans.
Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as assigned.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Document observations on a touchpad tablet and coordinate care with the team.

🎯 Requirements

Current Massachusetts RN license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
One year of recent clinical RN experience required.
Prior Home Health Visits and OASIS experience strongly preferred.
