🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred CS/Marketing/Media/Communications.
2+ years in Web3 community/content ops, social media, or growth.
Fluent in English and Mandarin for collaboration.
Solid Web3/Crypto/Blockchain knowledge; Layer2, DeFi, DAO concepts.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
Strong execution, proactive, fast-paced, multi-tasking.
