Web Producer, CMS Publishing

📋 Description

• Build and publish CMS content, assemble templated pages, maintain collections.
• Own the web intake queue by triaging partner requests, setting scope and timing.
• Perform thorough QA across staging and production before go-live; catch copy, formatting, links, and rendering issues.
• Support web launches and campaigns by coordinating content publishing across surfaces.
• Partner with marketers to help them work within our web infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training resources for partners.
• Collaborate with design engineers and the web team to ensure correct templates.
• Maintain governance and training around publishing access and guidelines.
• Identify patterns in recurring requests and surface opportunities to improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience publishing and building content in a CMS.
• Strong attention to detail and a high quality bar for live content.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder requests with competing priorities.
• Clear communicator who sets expectations and explains technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Ability to document processes and create training materials for independence.
• Experience with headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity) and component-based design systems.
• Background in web production, content operations, or digital publishing at a tech company or agency.
• Experience building pages with structured templates.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS to identify rendering issues and communicate with engineers/designers.
• Comfort with project management tools (Asana, Linear, Jira) to manage a queue.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for content structure, metadata, and page assembly.
• Experience contributing to or owning documentation, onboarding resources, or internal knowledge bases.
